1) You must be enrolled full-time in a PhD program, have been accepted into it, or be in your first or second year of study there, with a projected completion date of 2025 or later.

3) At least one of the Foundation's four themes—human rights and dignity, responsible citizenship, Canada and the world, and people and their natural environment—must be related to your PhD study.
