MTN
SCHOLARSHIP
The MTN flagship program since 2010,
open to eligible 300 level students studying Science &
Technology-related courses, in Nigerian Public Tertiary Institutions
(Universities, Polytechnics, and Colleges of Education). 300 successful
students are awarded scholarships worth N200,000.00 annually till graduation,
provided they maintain the required grades.
Who is eligible for the MTN
scholarship?
- Students
in Nigerian Public Tertiary Institution (Universities, Polytechnics, and
Colleges of Education).
- 300
level students studying Science & Technology related courses, in
Nigerian Public Tertiary Institutions (Universities, Polytechnics, and
Colleges of Education). Also to students who have completed their second
semester 200 level examinations going to 300 level and students currently
in their 300 level as we understand that the academic calendar in not
aligned across all public tertiary institutions.
- Science
Technology Engineering and Mathematics {STEM} Students in Public
Universities, and Colleges of Education must have a minimum Cumulative
Grade Point Average (CGPA) score of 3.0/4 or 3.5/5 (second class upper
credit)
- STEM
Students in Public Polytechnics must have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point
Average (CGPA) of 3.0 (upper credit) from the Ordinary National Diploma
(OND) Program and must have secured admission into the Higher National
Diploma (HND) Program.
- Direct
Entry level STEM students must have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 (upper credit)
from the Ordinary National Diploma (OND) program and must have secured
admission into 300 level/3rd year in a Public University.
NNPC/CHEVRON JV NATIONAL UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS
Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL) in collaboration with its Joint Venture (JV)
partner, the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC), is offering
a number of University Scholarship Awards to suitably qualified Nigerian
students from all States of the Federation.

SHELL
NIGERERIAN STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP
The Shell Nigeria student scholarship which aims at promoting
academic excellence and improving the skills of young Nigerians, provides
yearly grant to the successful applicants from their second year to the
completion of their undergraduate degree program.
WHO IS
ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR SHELL NIGERIAN STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP?
- A
Nigerian citizen.
- Currently
in their second year of full-time study in a Nigerian University
accredited by the NUC.
- Who have
a minimum CGPA of 3.5 in a 5-grade system or the equivalent in other grade
systems; and
- Who
is not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship from an entity in the Oil
and Gas industry, National or International.

Benefits of NNPC-SHELLco National University Scholarship
- The
Scholarship offers 200,000 Naira Annually to winners of the award.
- The
scholarship runs throughout the undergraduate studies

2024
Applicants should upload scanned copies of the following as part
of the application:
- Recent
passport-sized photograph of the applicant in JPEG format, not more than
200kilobytes;
- University
or JAMB Admission Letter;
- Unified
Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) Result;
- O’
Level Result(s); and ‘A’ Level /OND /NCE Result(s) as applicable;
- Letter
of Identification from State of Origin indicating applicant’s local
government of origin;
- Cumulative
Grade Point Average after the first year i.e. candidate must have
completed and have results of 2 academic semesters at the minimum

SEPLAT UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP
The scholarship award is open to qualified undergraduate students
of Federal and State Universities in Nigeria. The NNPC/SEPLAT Scholarship
Scheme is one of our educational Corporate Social Responsibility intervention
designed to promote educational development and human capacity building through
provision of yearly grants to successful applicants to complete their degree
programs.
