Why Apply for Ampere Excellence Scholarships

The Ampère Scholarships of Excellence give outstanding overseas students the chance to enroll in one of the approved Master's programs at ENS de Lyon.

ENS de Lyon, France.

Grade level and area(s) of study:

All master's degree programs in the exact sciences, the arts, or the human and social sciences offered at the ENS de Lyon (with the exception of the FEADép Master's degrees)

Value and length of the award:

The costs of €1,000 a month for a year will be paid to the scholas receiving the scholarship. 

If the candidate is chosen by the director of the master's program and passes the master's year one validation exam, it is renewable in the second year.

Eligibility:

Having been born after January 1, 1996, and being a foreign national (26 years maximum). 

A license (equal to 180 ECTS European credits) or a diploma/level equivalent must be shown as proof of attainment in order to be admitted to the first year of the master's program. 

The Masters Year 1 level, which equates to 240 ECTS European credits, must be successfully completed, or an equivalent degree or level must be acquired, in order to be admitted to the Masters Year 2 program.
