A cultural service requirement of the ICSP scholarship calls for applicants to give talks about their home nations to UO students, faculty, staff, and community organizations as well as to young people.

Before submitting a scholarship application, you must first apply for admission to the University of Oregon. 

Within a week of submitting an admissions application, keep an eye out for an invitation to use the UO Scholarship Dashboard in your email. 

You must upload your reference letters, the general application, the ISSS endowed scholarship application, and the ICSP scholarship application to the UO Scholarship Dashboard by Friday, February 1, 2022, at 4 p.m. (PST).
