Overview
Students from developing countries who are unable to study for a degree in their home countries due to political or financial constraints, or because equivalent educational facilities do not exist, are eligible for Reach Oxford Scholarships, which were formerly known as Oxford Student Scholarships. These scholarships are offered by a number of Oxford colleges.

The applicants must be citizens of nations that are recipients of formal development assistance from the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) (OECD). Scholarship benefits, requirements, and time commitment:
The payment of tuition and college fees, a stipend to help with living expenses, and round-trip airfare once a year.
Depending on the length of the study, the scholarship will last either three or four years.
Eligibility:
This program is only appropriate for applicants who have already been offered a position and who have the best possible academic qualifications.
The applicant's demonstrated social and financial commitments are also key considerations in the selection process.
Applicants must demonstrate that they have the intention to return to the nation in which they ordinarily reside following completion of their studies.
Students who have never had any prior experience studying at the undergraduate level will be given priority.

You must have successfully gained a seat at the university by the 15th of October 2023 and submitted your application to the university through UCAS by that date in order to be eligible for the scholarship.
After that, you will be required to finish an application form for a different scholarship. In January of 2024, information regarding how to submit an application for a scholarship for entry in 2024 will be made accessible on the official website (link provided below).
The deadline to submit an application for the scholarship is February 8th, 2024.
